Save money on food: bread baked in the sun

Besides being a very sustainable food, bread baked in the sun sinks its roots in the Christian religion, to be precise in the apocryphal text of the Essene Gospel of Peace, where legend has it that this particular type of bread was eaten by Jesus with his disciples at the Last Supper.

Since we are in summer, the bread baked in the sun could be a good recipe to take advantage of the blazing sun that warms our day.  The ingredients used are very poor, but the result is very similar to that of carasau bread.
1 kg of wheat flour

Salt to taste
 Rosemary or other herbs, chopped
Mix the flour with the salt water and herbs, and then dial the disks to be spread thin with a rolling pin.  To expose them to the sun, it is good to use a network from mosquito net with the frame, to be placed on trestles or chairs, so that takes air from both sides.  Leave to dry until the bread is crisp, the duration is assured for several days.
